We are seeking a talented Android Developer to join our growing mobile development team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to build scalable and feature-rich mobile applications for clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs into Android applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Android development best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack libraries.
- Knowledge of Material Design principles and Android UI development.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with local databases such as Room or SQLite.
- Understanding of MVVM architecture and Android architecture components.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Familiarity with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.
- Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.
- Experience with Coroutines and Flow.
- Understanding of mobile application security best practices.
- Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
